Shipping Policy
Every PetzBFF order is personalised and printed to order, so the times below include making your item as well as delivering it.
Where we ship
Australia-wide, plus selected international destinations. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout.
Australian delivery
- Standard — $9.95 AUD · 5–9 business days
- Express — $14.95 AUD · faster dispatch, estimate shown at checkout
- Free standard shipping on orders over $80 AUD
International delivery
Standard international shipping is $20 AUD to selected countries. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and vary by destination. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders with several items
Some products are made at different production facilities. If your order contains items from more than one, they may arrive separately — at no extra cost to you.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link once your item ships. If you haven't received tracking within the expected window, email us and we'll chase it up.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Once an order is in production we can't redirect it, and we can't cover the cost of orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
Delays
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control — but if something is running late, contact us and we'll help track it down.
Gift deadlines
For occasions like Father's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas we publish order-by dates on our homepage and collection pages. Order before those dates to allow for production and delivery.
Returns
Personalised items have limited return rights. See our Refund Policy for what we can and can't accept back.
