Photo Upload Guidelines

PHOTO UPLOAD GUIDELINES

1. Adjust the photo (zoom, rotate, move, etc.) and click the Preview button.


  • 2. Crop out the unwanted parts of the photo before uploading it for the best result.
  • 3. Re-upload other photos if you want.
  • 4. Wait 20-30 seconds to use the Remove Background function.

If you are UNABLE TO UPLOAD a photo, please feel free to add it to your cart and checkout as usual, and email us at paws@petzBFF.com.au  and  include 2 :

1) your order number

2) the photo you want to upload along with your instructions.

We will review and process your photo manually, based on your instructions. We will then reach out to you to confirm the design, before processing your order.
